Want to check out the fall colours but are transportationally challenged? Not a problem – the NCC and Camp Fortune are running their annual Fall Rhapsody shuttle bus, which ferries stranded Ottawa and Gatineau citizens to and fro the majestic spendour that is the Gatineau hills in autumn.
The free shuttle will transport locals and visitors alike to enjoy Fall Rhapsody over the following four weekends:
- September 29 and 30
- October 6, 7 and 8
- October 13 and 14
- October 20 and 21
It will link to Gatineau Park’s most popular destinations: Pink Lake, the Mackenzie King Estate, King Mountain and Champlain Lookout. The shuttle will depart from the intersection of Sussex and York every 20 minutes between 9am-2pm.
You can view the map route and schedule by downloading the Fall Rhapsody Shuttle Bus PDF from the NCC, or take a look at the interactive map to plan your trip.
