The City of Ottawa and Right Bike are offering free bike-tuning drop-ins at various locations across Ottawa during Bike to Work month.

Bring your bike in for a quick tune-up by a professional bike mechanic from Right Bike, thanks to support from Safer Roads Ottawa.

The free bike maintenance pod is open at:

City Hall on Marion Dewar Plaza (view map)
May 1 and May 19
11am to 7pm

It will also be set up at:

Lansdowne Park on the Skating court (view map)
Sunday, May 21 to Sunday, May 28
Noon to 7 p.m.

Get your bike out of the shed, bring it by and have the talented bike mechanics from Right Bike look at your brakes, gear shifting, wheels, tires and other adjustments to make sure that you are ready to ride.

Keep in mind: these are quick free tune-ups, so there may be required procedures and replacement parts that are beyond what can be done on-site and you might need to bring it in to a shop.

Either way, worth stopping in if you’re just pulling  your bike out!
