Gatineau Park Hiking Trails
Gatineau Park is criss-crossed with over 160 kilometres of hiking and walking trails ranging in difficulty from flat pavement to scrambling fun. The Park is lush with growth and life which makes every hike through it terrific,and many trails pass by wetlands and lakes and provide breath-taking views of the St. Lawrence Lowlands below.

Best Gatineau Park Hikes
With hundreds of kilometres of hiking trails to navigate it can take years to try them all. Here are some of the best hiking trails the Gatineau Park has to offer.
Wolf Trail and Tawadina Lookout
Wolf Trail is one of the rougher and more difficult hikes in the park, but well worth the extra effort as you're rewarded with peaceful forests, the rocky Canadian Shield, and then spectacular views from Tawadina. (Read more)
Luskville Falls
Another fairly steep climb that's again worth the work! Hike up along Luskville Falls, then reach the peak and take a break while you absorb the amazing view. (Find out more)
King Mountain
King Mountain provides possibly the best view of the valley Gatineau Park has to offer. This short, 2.5k hike takes you to the first triangulation point in Canada, at an elevation of 344 metres (1,129 feet). View the King Mountain group for more details!
Lusk Cave
This trail is a hike and spelunking adventure in one! A moderate 4km hike takes you to the Lusk Cave, carved out over thousands of years and fully accessible to the public! (Read more)
Carbide Willson Mill Ruins
Hike an easy path around Meech Lake and dip into the water before you split off to the old Carbide Willson Mill ruins and the waterfalls that used to power it.
